2016 - 2017 Astra 1st scholarship available from September 2016 to May 2017, Selection May and June 2016
Astra 1st is a scholarship grant and a comprehensive one-year development program designed to expose its recipients to the working world as well as equipping them with problem solving capabilities in facing real business situations. Through this program, recipients will be shaped to become the best versions of themselves. Recipients will also be given the opportunity to broaden their network with Astra Professionals and other outstanding students of reputable universities.
PT Astra International Tbk invites all performing students of Engineering, Economics or Business faculties located in Java to be the next Astra 1st !
Those selected will be given:
A chance to explore Astra Group’s business lines as a Consultant through project-based activities
A comprehensive Individual Development Plan, mentorship and coaching
Challenging in-class training and outdoor workshops
Challenging in-class training and outdoor workshops
We are looking for:
Undergraduate students from Universities located in Java
Undertaking degrees in Engineering, Economics, or Business faculties
Possess a minimum GPA of 3.00
Actively involved in organizational activities
Not currently receiving any other scholarships from other companies
Available to join the program from September 2016 to May 2017
Highly interested in building their future career at Astra
Selection Process:
Application Screening > Psychological Testing > Focus Group Discussion > Interview
The selection process will be held in Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya and Malang between May and June 2016.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further process.
